How Do I Prepare for the Discovery Call?
You’ll need to have your most recent year-to-date financials in front of you for the call:
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Statement of Cash Flow
In order to take full advantage of this call, be prepared to discuss your current business issues, your vision for the future, what you have done in the past, and what you think you are missing.
