There’s No Substitute for Experience
When you step from the jetway onto an airplane and a distinguished, gray-haired captain welcomes you aboard – admit it – you breathe a sigh of relief. When you go for a medical appointment and the white-haired doc that’s been practicing for decades enters the room, you take comfort that he’s the physician looking after your health.
There is absolutely no substitute for experience.
That sigh-of-relief assurance is what I feel when I’m working with Rick Arthur. He is known in our circles as the wise guy with the white hair.
